Camalocha Tools does not require an account or registration to use any tool. Everything you type into a calculator is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers.
We use a small amount of local storage (not sent anywhere) to remember preferences like your chosen theme or language. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
This site is supported by advertising. Advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may set cookies or use similar technologies to show ads and measure performance; some of these may use data for personalised advertising. Where required (for example, in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies via a consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
To work out which privacy rules apply to you, we run a brief, one-time IP-based location check (via the third-party service ipwho.is) the first time you visit; we don't store your IP address ourselves for this. Outside the EU, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada and South Korea, non-essential advertising may be on by default, with an easy opt-out at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
